“We wanted to drop you a note to say a huge thank you for the fantastic job you did building our home in the Far North. When we signed up with you to build our home none of us knew that Covid was going to lock the country down and that we would not be able to visit from Australia for a couple of years. Something that could have been incredibly stressful was the exact opposite.

When friends ask us about the experience we tell them that dealing with both of you was a pleasure and a reassurance as we were so far away. All through the process you kept us informed and flexed with our changes we asked for. It always felt to us that you were showing the same care for our build that you would for your own home.

When the borders opened and we finally got to see the house around Easter 2022 we were blown away with the detail and finish. Shane’s eye for detail and high standards for work were so impressive to see. The quality of work of the sub contractors was to the same high standard.

This is our forever home however if we were ever to build again we couldn’t think of anyone better to build with but Probuild.
